By using PayParty, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PayParty connects Guests with Hosts. We provide the infrastructure for connection but are not an event agency.
2. Subscriptions
- Silver (Free): 3 parties/mo.
- Gold ($5/mo): 10 parties/mo + Gift Card Back.
- Diamond ($10/mo): 30 parties/mo + Max Rewards.
3. Gift Card Back Program
This is a loyalty reward, not employment income. Rewards are based on confirmed attendance. Fraudulent activity will result in ban.
4. Safety Disclaimer
Important: You agree that you bear all risk associated with attending or hosting parties. Use common sense when meeting new people.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our safety policies.
